广东省三级甲等综合医院1972名护士对自身医院磁性水平的感知

摘　　要：目的调查广东省三级甲等综合医院护士对自身医院磁性水平的感知现状,评价护士对医院磁性水平感知得分等级。方法以医院磁性要素量表为工具,采用区域分层抽样法对广东省4大经济区域33所三级甲等综合医院1972名临床护士进行调查。结果广东省三级甲等综合医院护士的医院磁性水平感知得分为136.00(135.00,166.00)分。基于百分位数分布与等级分布,广东省三级甲等综合医院护士对医院磁性水平的感知得分可划分为极低水平、低水平、中等水平、高水平与极高水平5个等级。非参数检验结果显示:不同年龄、学历、婚姻状况、生育状况、工龄、任职方式、职称、职务、科室与夜班时间间隔特征的临床护士,其医院磁性水平感知得分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论广东省三级甲等综合医院护士医院磁性水平感知得分处于中等水平,且不同护士团体的医院磁性水平感知度受人口学特征差异影响。Objective To investigate the perception of hospital magnet among nurses of grade-A tertiary general hospitals in Guangdong Province.Methods By regional stratified sampling,1,972 nurses from 33 grade-A tertiary general hospitals in four regions in Guangdong Province were selected,and they were investigated by using the Essentials of Magnetism Scale.Results The score of magnet perception among nurses from grade-A tertiary general hospitals in Guangdong Province was 136.00(135.00,166.00).Based on the distribution of percentile and grade,the score of magnet perception among nurses can be divided into five levels:very low,low,medium,high and very high.The non-parametric test showed that the score of magnet perception was significantly different among clinical nurses with different age,educational background,marital status,fertility condition,length of service,employment mode,professional title,position,department and night shift cycle(P<0.05).Conclusion The score of magnet perception among nurses from grade-A tertiary general hospitals in Guangdong Province is at a medium level,and it is affected by demographic characteristics.
