摘　　要：主要介绍了一套依托于西门子s7-1500、WinCC7.4、GRPS通信网络和各类仪表、阀门等设备搭建的城市智慧供暖系统,智慧供暖系统实现了用户端、二次网的数据采集、监测与自动控制为一体的功能,以解决用户端供暖由于设计不规范,网管老化和设备运营不良不能及时发现,供暖系统不完善等原因而造成的用户端温度不均匀,供暖水泄漏引起的浪费和安全问题以及无法满足个性化需求等问题,该控制系统实用性强,安全性高,界面简单易操作,理论上能够实时精准地控制泵的启停,可使管理端加强监控、合理调度,在提高热能资源利用效率的同时提升用户居住舒适度。从而避免因时效性低而造成的安全问题,极大幅度提高供暖效率,节约能源,降低供暖成本及风险。通过程序智慧、高效地控制设备的启停。达到提升供暖效率以及实现城市的节能减排和智慧建设的目的。A set of urban smart heating system is introduced based on Siemens s7-1500,WinCC7.4,GRPS communication network and various instruments,valves and other equipment.The smart heating system realizes the functions of data collection,monitoring and automatic control of the user side and the secondary network,so as to solve the problem of the non-standard design of the user side heating.The aging of network management and poor operation of equipment can not be found in time,the heating system is not perfect and other reasons caused by the user end temperature is not uniform,the heating water leakage caused by waste and safety problems,and can not meet the personalized needs and other problems,the control system is practical,high safety,the interface is simple and easy to operate,theoretically can control the start and stop of the pump in real time and accurately.The management side can strengthen monitoring and reasonable scheduling,improve the utilization efficiency of thermal energy resources,and improve the user's living comfort.Thus avoiding the safety problems caused by low timeliness,greatly improving heating efficiency,saving energy,reducing heating costs and risks.Intelligent and efficient control of device start-stop through the program.To improve the heating efficiency and realize the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction and smart construction of the city.
