摘 要:将宜兴紫砂与麦饭石有机混合,经高温烧制得到紫砂/麦饭石复合球,利用差示扫描量热分析(DSC)、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP)和阻抗分析技术,分别测定了20℃和100℃下复合球在纯净水中浸泡不同时间后得到的浸出液的pH值、电导率、多种微量元素含量、融化温度和结晶温度,并探讨了浸出液的共融点和共晶点的影响因素及机理.结果显示,100℃下浸泡60 min为最优条件,该条件得到的复合球浸出液的pH值为6.40,接近中性,适于人体环境;与纯净水相比,其电导率明显提高,为6.30μS/cm,能够促进人体内的电解质平衡;对Si, Zn, Ca, Na元素具有较高的溶出能力,可以提高纯净水中有益于人体的微量元素含量.Yixing purple sand and maifan stone were mixed organically,and fired at high temperature to obtain purple sand/maifan stone composite balls.The composite balls were respectively soaked at 20℃and 100℃with different times.Then,the pH value,conductivity,contents of various trace elements,melting temperatures and crystallization temperatures of the soaking water were measured by using differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP)and impedance analysis technology.And the influencing factors and mechanisms of the co-melting point and eutectic point of the leaching solution were explored.The results showed that soaking at 100℃for 60minutes was the optimal condition.The pH value of the composite ball leaching solution obtained under this condition was 6.40,which was close to neutral and suitable for human environment.Compared with purified water,the conductivity has significantly increased to 6.30μS/cm,which could promote electrolyte balance in the human body.It showed high dissolution ability for Si,Zn,Ca,and Na elements,and could increase the content of trace elements beneficial to the human body in purified water.
