摘  要:近年来,学科交叉融合发展成为高等教育领域的关注热点,交叉学科博士生培养成为拔尖创新人才培养的重要方式。交叉学科具备需求导向性、体系重组性、发展前沿性以及产教融合性四个方面特征,文章借鉴人力资源管理中“岗位胜任”概念,基于冰山模型阐述了交叉学科博士生学业胜任力的构成要素,设计了交叉学科博士生人才选拔学业胜任力的指标体系。同时,结合天津大学交叉学科博士生招生与人才培养的实践探索,建议从强化顶层设计、完善资源配置、健全评价模式方面,不断推动交叉学科博士生人才培养模式改革。In recent years,the development of interdisciplinary integration has become a focus of attention in the field of higher education.And the cultivation of interdisciplinary doctoral students has become an important way to train top-notch innovative talents.Interdiscipline has four characteristics:demand orientation,system reorganization,frontier in development and industry-education integration.Drawing on the concept of“job competence”in human resource management,this paper explains the elements of academic competence of interdisciplinary doctoral students and designs the index system of academic competence selection for interdisciplinary doctoral students based on the iceberg model.At the same time,combined with the exploration of interdisciplinary doctoral enrollment and talent training at Tianjin University,this paper suggests continuously promoting the reform of interdisciplinary doctoral talent training mode from the aspects of strengthening top-level design,refining resource allocation and improving evaluation mode.
