摘  要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)、丙烯酸酯类单体(AM)、环氧树脂(EP)为原料,通过交联剂β-环糊精(β-CD)和二乙烯基苯(DVB)的引入构建互穿网络,制备了具有半互穿网络(Semi-IPN)和互穿网络(IPN)结构的系列水性聚氨酯/环氧树脂/丙烯酸酯(WPUEA)复合乳液。通过改变交联剂的用量,探究不同交联剂用量对胶膜性能的影响。结果表明,随着交联剂用量的增加,乳液的粒径、膜的拉伸强度、水接触角、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)、损耗因子(tanδ)等随之增大,吸水率随之减小,胶膜综合性能得到提升;与Semi-IPN结构相比,IPN结构的WPUEA胶膜有更好的耐水性、拉伸强度和阻尼性能。A series of waterborne polyurethane/epoxy/acrylate(WPUEA)composite emulsions with semi-interpenetrating network(Semi-IPN)and interpenetrating network(IPN)structure were prepared by using isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),polytetramethylene glycol(PTMG),acrylic acid monomer(PA),polyhydroxyl epoxy resin(EP)as raw materials,introducing crosslinking agentβ-cyclodextrin(β-CD)and divinylbenzene(DVB)to construct interpenetrating network.Effects of the amount of crosslinking agent on the properties of the film were studied.The results showed that,with the increase of the amount of crosslinking agent,the emulsion particle size,tensile strength,water contact angle,glass transition temperature Tg and loss factor tanδincreased,the water absorption of the film decreased and the comprehensive performance of the film was improved.Compared with Semi-IPN structure,IPN structure WPUEA film had better water resistance,tensile strength and damping properties.
