摘　　要：将收治的胸上段食管癌患者按双盲法分为实验组和对照组,实验组使用体膜+真空袋固定,对照组使用单纯颈肩膜固定,研究两种不同固定方式对胸上段食管癌放疗过程中摆位误差的影响,以及两种体位固定方式下放疗过程中放射性食管炎、放射性气管炎、食欲减退等不良反应发生率的差异。研究结果表明,胸上段食管癌放疗时更适合用体膜+真空袋固定体位,这种固定方式可有效降低放疗摆位误差,提高放疗安全性。Patients with upper thoracic esophageal cancer were divided into an experimental group and a control group according to the double blind method.The experimental group was fixed with a body membrane and a vacuum bag,while the control group was fixed with simply a neck shoulder membrane.The effects of two different fixation methods on positioning errors in the radiotherapy process for upper thoracic esophageal cancer were studied,as well as the differences in the incidence of adverse reactions such as radiation esophagitis,radiation tracheitis,and decreased appetite in the radiotherapy process between the two body fixation methods.The results showed that the body membrane and vacuum bag fixation was more suitable for radiotherapy of upper thoracic esophageal cancer,which could effectively reduce the positioning error of radiotherapy and improve the safety of radiotherapy.
