摘  要:目的探究核心稳定性训练联合悬吊训练对痉挛型脑瘫患儿康复效果的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月于淄博市妇幼保健院治疗的120例痉挛型脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,采用奇偶数法将其分为实验组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。对照组采用常规康复疗法,实验组采用核心稳定性训练联合悬吊训练,对比两组的治疗效果。结果实验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组改良Barthel指数量表评分均升高,且实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论核心稳定性训练联合悬吊训练对痉挛型脑瘫患儿康复效果的影响显著,可有效促进患儿康复,提高患儿日常生活活动能力。Objective To explore the influence of core stability training combined with suspension training on the rehabilitation effect in children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 120 children with spastic cerebral palsy in Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into experimental group(n=60)and control group(n=60)by odd-even number method.The control group received conventional rehabilitation therapy,and the experimental group received core stability training combined with suspension training.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of modified Barthel index in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Core stability training combined with suspension training on the rehabilitation effect in children with spastic cerebral palsy has a significant impact,which can effectively promote the rehabilitation of children and improve the ability of daily life activities.
