摘　　要：目的探讨小剂量氨磺必利联合利培酮治疗精神分裂症康复期女性患者的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月至12月山东国欣颐养集团枣庄东郊医院接诊的94例精神分裂症康复期女性患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组(47例)采用利培酮治疗,观察组(47例)采用小剂量氨磺必利联合利培酮治疗,比较两组的精神分裂症状评分以及血糖、血脂水平。结果治疗后,观察组阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分、一般精神病理评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血糖、血脂均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小剂量氨磺必利联合利培酮治疗精神分裂症康复期女性患者能够减轻症状,调节血糖、血脂水平,临床效果显著,值得运用推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of low dose of Amisulpride combined with Risperidone in the treatment of female patients with schizophrenia rehabilitation period.Methods A total of 94 female patients with schizophrenia rehabilitation period in Shandong Guoxin Yiyang Group Zaozhuang East Suburb Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected and grouped by the random number table method.The control group(47 cases)was treated with Risperidone,while the observation group(47 cases)was treated with low dose of Amisulpride combined with Risperidone.The scores of schizophrenic symptom,and levels of blood glucose and blood lipids in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of positive symptom,negative symptom and general psychopathology in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of blood glucose and blood lipid in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low dose of Amisulpride combined with Risperidone treating female patients with schizophrenia rehabilitation period can relieve symptoms,and regulate the levels of blood glucose and lipid,which has significant clinical effect and is worth using and promoting.
