摘　　要：在产业结构转型升级背景下,创新创业将为我国经济高质量发展提供动力源泉。高校是创新创业教育的重要基地,教育部明确要求应将创新创业教育纳入高校教学主渠道。目前,关注商科类专业创新创业教育的研究较少,文章通过分析高职商科类人才培养现状和存在的不足,从师资培养、优化创新创业课程体系、校企合作拓展实践渠道等方面,提出了相应的对策和建议。Under the background of industrial structure transformation and upgrading,innovation and entrepreneurship will provide a source of power for China's high-quality development,and its importance is further highlighted.Colleges and universities are important bases for innovation and entrepreneurship education,and the Ministry of Education clearly requires that innovation and entrepreneurship education should be included in the main teaching channel of colleges and universities.At present,there is little research on innovation and entrepreneurship education of business professionals.Through analyzing the current situation and existing shortcomings of business talents training in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of teacher training,optimization of innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system,and school-enterprise cooperation to expand practical channels.
