摘　　要：通过对煤矿救援钢丝绳使用工况进行分析,自主设计并生产专利产品4V(0+18)30S-18 mm煤矿救援钢丝绳,钢丝绳公称强度1 770 MPa,实际破断拉力大于217 kN,按照客户要求的12倍安全系数达到要求。同时电缆和钢丝绳的复合设计打破了传统钢丝绳只能承载的观念,实现了钢丝绳既能承载,又能传输信号的双重功能,为煤矿救援用钢丝绳批量化生产指引了方向。By analyzing operating conditions of coal mine rescue wire ropes,we independently designed and produced a paten-ted product 4V(0+18)30S-18 mm coal mine rescue wire rope.Wire rope nominal strength is 1770 MPa,and actual break-ing force is greater than 217 kN,safety factor of 12 times meets customer requirements.The composite design of cables and wire ropes breaks traditional concept that steel wire ropes can only carry loads,achieving dual function of wire ropes that can both carry loads and transmit signals,guiding direction of mass production of wire ropes for coal mine rescue.
