摘 要:为了提高幼儿园劳动教育的可操作性,本研究根据相关文献和政策编制测量中班幼儿劳动品质发展水平的问卷,包含劳动精神、劳动习惯、劳动意志、劳动合作、劳动创新、劳动关怀6个因子。以106名中班幼儿为被试,对编制的初始问卷进行了项目分析和探索性因素分析;再以另外95名中班幼儿为被试,进行内部一致性分析和验证性因素分析。结果表明,问卷内部一致性信度与结构效度均达到心理学测量要求,可以作为幼儿劳动品质发展水平的测量工具。同时,测验结果发现中班幼儿的劳动品质水平低于平均值,本研究据此提出相关教育建议。To enhance the operability of labor education in kindergartens,this study developed a questionnaire to measure the development level of labor quality among middle class children.The questionnaire was based on relevant literature and policies and included six factors:labor spirit,labor habits,labor will,labor cooperation,labor innovation,and labor care.Project analysis and exploratory factor analysis were conducted on the initial questionnaire,with 106 middle class children as subjects.Internal consistency analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted on 95 middle class children.The reliability and validity have reached psychological measurement requirement,and can be used as a measurement tool for the development level of labor quality in young children.The test results indicated that the labor quality level of middle clas children is lower than the average and the study proposes educational suggestions based on this finding.
