高职院校毕业生就业现状及对策研究——以新能源汽车专业为例

摘　　要：新能源汽车产业是国家大力支持和发展的新兴产业,其高速发展需要大量人才支撑,因此许多高职院校设立了新能源汽车专业,希望能够培养出优秀的专业人才。本文主要分析新能源汽车专业人才培养方案,并对高职毕业生的就业前景、就业过程中的问题进行分析,结合新能源汽车专业的特点,提出了相应的改善建议。The new energy automobile industry is an emerging industry vigorously supported and developed by the state.Its rapid development needs a large number of talents to support it.Therefore,many higher vocational colleges have set up the new energy automobile major,hoping to train excellent professionals.This paper mainly analyzes the talent training program of new energy vehicle major,and analyzes the employment prospects and problems in the employment process of higher vocational graduates.Combined with the characteristics of new energy vehicle major,it puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions.
