摘 要:探索整理高度近视(High Myopia,HM)眼底病变的影像学成像特点和发展规律,为临床监测HM眼底病变的发生发展提供参考.检索2010—2022年发表的有关HM眼底病变的相关文献,对不同检测模式下HM眼底病变的影像学特征进行归纳、整理、总结,分析了HM眼底病变的多种影像学成像特征及其发展模式.近视萎缩性黄斑病变、牵拉性黄斑病变分别与新生血管性病变存在相互交织转化,最终促进HM眼底病变的恶化,影响患者视功能.因此,眼底影像学手段的综合应用对各种HM眼底病变的临床诊断和研究提供了重要帮助,利用多模手段有助于从多方面对HM眼底病变进行早期甄别和预测.In order to explore and organize the imaging characteristics and development patterns of high myopia(HM) fundus lesions,and provide reference for clinical monitoring of the occurrence and development of HM fundus lesions,we retrieve relevant literature on HM fundus lesions published from 2010 to 2022,then summarize the imaging features of HM fundus lesions under different detection modes.This article analysises the progress on various imaging features and development models of HM fundus lesions.Myopic atrophic maculopathy and traction maculopathy are intertwined and transformed with neovascular lesions,that ultimately deteriorates HM fundus lesions and affects the visual function of patients.Therefore,the comprehensive application of imaging methods which provides important assistance for the clinical diagnosis and research of various HM fundus lesions is benefit to identify and predict HM fundus lesions from multiple perspectives at early stage.
