摘　　要：新时代随着信息技术发展,国际形势错综复杂,交流、利益与渗透、颠覆并存。开展全民国防教育是维护国家安全的基础。高校国防教育是全民国防教育的重要组成部分。现阶段,高校国防教育存在领导重视不足、国防教育意识落后、师资不齐、学科化建设缓慢、实践欠缺等困境,要发展高校国防教育,必须发挥高校自主性,增强爱国主义教育、建设师资队伍、加强国防理论建设、扩展教学途径以及增加实践锻炼。With the development of information technology in the new era,the international situation is complex and exchanges,interests,infiltration and subversion coexist.Carrying out national defense education for all is the basis for safeguarding national security.National defense education in colleges and universities is an important part of national defense education for all.At this stage,national defense education in colleges and universities has many difficulties,such as insufficient attention from leaders,backward awareness of national defense education,uneven teachers,slow disciplinary construction,and lack of practice.To develop national defense education in colleges and universities,we must give full play to the autonomy of colleges and universities,strengthen patriotism education,build teachers,strengthen the construction of national defense theory,expand teaching channels,and increase practice.
