摘 要:为考察凯氏定氮法和杜马斯燃烧法测定肥料中氮含量的差异,以含氨基酸肥料为试验对象,开展了试验研究。结果表明:两种方法测得的氮含量基本一致,无明显差异;肥料中氮质量分数为0.94%~6.03%时,两种方法所得结果的准确度较高,加标回收率为96.6%~104.1%。与凯氏定氮法相比,杜马斯燃烧法测定肥料中氮含量更安全、环保、快捷。In order to investigate the difference between the Kjeldahl nitrogen determination method and the Dumas combustion method in determining the nitrogen content in fertilizers,an experimental study is conducted on amino acid containing fertilizers.The results show that the nitrogen content measured by the two methods is consistent,with no significant difference.When the nitrogen mass fraction in fertilizers is 0.94%-6.03%,the accuracy of the results obtained by the two methods is relatively high,and the recovery rate of spiking is 96.6%-104.1%.Compared with the Kjeldahl nitrogen determination method,the Dumas combustion method is safer,more environmentally friendly,and faster in determining the nitrogen content of fertilizers.
