摘 要:文章介绍了装备制造企业当前装备批产管理的状况以及存在的问题,提出了构建装备批产全过程管控体系的思路,利用数字化、信息化等手段推进装备批生产过程信息化,建设了装备批产计划管理、实物管理、数据管理与知识管理系统,在企业批产集成调试部门内运行与应用,促进了传统批产管理模式向批产全过程管理模式转变,实现批产计划与实物的精细化管理、批产数据与知识价值的充分应用,推动了装备批生产任务优质高效完成。The article introduces the current situation and existing problems of equipment batch production management in equipment manufacturing enterprises proposes the idea of building a full process control system for equipment batch production and promotes the informatization of the equipment batch production process by utilizing digital and information technology methods.A system for equipment batch production plan management physical management data management and knowledge management has been constructed which is operated and applied in the integrated debugging department of enterprise batch production.It has promoted the transformation of traditional batch production management mode to the full process management mode of batch production achieved refined management of batch production plans and physical objects fully applied batch production data and knowledge value and promoted the high-quality and efficient completion of equipment batch production tasks.
