摘  要:星形胶质细胞是一类在中枢神经系统中含量非常丰富的胶质细胞,它能调节神经元通讯和突触可塑性,当今应用其建立细胞共培养模型模拟神经系统疾病已成为研究热点。共培养这种方法比传统的单一培养方法更具优势,在生理上更能代表体内状态,具有更大的转化潜力,而且诱导多能干细胞技术的成熟提高了我们在体外研究人类中枢神经系统疾病的能力。因此这篇文章以星形胶质细胞-神经元共培养为切入点,来阐述其在神经系统疾病中应用的最新进展,并探讨星形胶质细胞对神经元的作用以及其作为治疗靶点的潜力,从而为神经系统疾病干预治疗开拓新思路。Astrocytes are a kind of abundantglial cells in the central nervous system,which can regulate neuronal communication and synaptic plasticity.It has become a research hotspot to establish cell co-culture model to simulate nervous system diseases.Compared with the traditional single culture,co-culture model has more advantages,for example,being more physiologically representative in the internal state and having greater transformational potential.Moreover,the maturity of induced pluripotent stem cell technology has greatly improved our abilities to study human central nervous system diseases in vitro.Therefore,we regard astrocyte-neuron co-culture as a starting point to illustrate the latest progress of their applications in neurological diseases,and explore the role of astrocytes on neurons and its potential as a therapeutic target to provide new ideas for interventional therapy of neurological diseases.
