摘　　要：物流企业作为现代物流产业链的关键部分,其服务质量和效率直接影响着整个物流行业的运行。为了拓展物流企业的运营方向,实现更优质的物流服务,助力物流企业提升竞争力、提高服务水平,应积极运用信息技术优势进行供应链协同的物流模式创新。文章在分析供应链管理及物流企业发展现状及问题的基础上,从供应链信息共享与协同、数字化仓储和配送协同、物流金融与服务协同等方面构建了基于供应链数字化的物流企业协同发展模式,并从优化营商环境、打造良好数字生态、提高互联互通水平等方面提出了几点具体发展建议。As a key component of modern logistics industry chain,service quality and efficiency of logistics enterprises directly affect the entire industry.In order to expand the business of logistics enterprises,provide higherquality services,and enhance their competitiveness and service level,it is necessary to actively utilize information technology to innovate logistics models.On the basis of examining the current status and issues,the article constructs a synergistic development model based on supply chain digitalization in terms of forging the synergy between information sharing and supply chain,digital warehousing and distribution,logistics finance and service.In the end,some suggestions are proposed from optimizing business environment,creating a good digital ecosystem,and strengthening interconnection.
