摘　　要：高校就业工作的“智能化”转型是新时期提高大学生就业服务工作效能的全新理念,运用人工智能技术可以进一步提升高校学生就业服务与生涯教育的效率、广度和质量。文章在阐述人工智能背景下高校就业指导网络平台建设必要性的基础上,对构建人工智能下高校就业指导服务网络平台的要素进行了深入分析,并从匹配与推荐、个性化职业规划、在线就业指导课程、智能问答与在线咨询、数据分析与预测等五个智能模块提出了构建高校就业指导服务网络平台的思路。The“intelligent”transformation of college employment work is crucial to enhance the efficiency of employment services in the new era.The use of artificial intelligence can further enhance the efficiency,breadth,and quality of employment services and career education.In this context,on the basis of elaborating on the necessity of constructing a network platform for college employment guidance,the article makes an in-depth analysis of the construction elements,and proposes a network platform which consists of five intelligent modules:matching and recommendation,personalized career planning,online courses for employment guidance,intelligent Q&A and online consultation,data analysis and prediction.
