摘  要:目的通过比较临床业绩能力量化考核评价体系优化前后的考核结果,分析优化后考评体系的有效性,为建立更加科学有效的卫生专业技术职称量化考评体系提供方案。方法运用配对t检验比较优化前后临床业绩能力考核结果,对考核总分以及各分类项目得分进行比较。结果对考核总分进行比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明优化后的临床业绩能力考核评价体系优于优化前。对分类项目得分进行比较,得出自我学习能力、临床工作业绩与执业经历、教学与科研能力这三项考核结果差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卫生职称量化考核评价体系应与时俱进;卫生职称量化考核应充分发挥政策引导作用;考核结果应与卫生专业技术职称评审结果相挂钩。Objective:To compare the evaluation results of the quantitative assessment system for clinical performance and ability before and after the optimization,analyze the effectiveness of the optimized evaluation system,and provide a plan for establishing a more scientific and effective quantitative assessment system for health professional and technical titles.Method:The paired t test was used to compare the results of the clinical performance ability assessment before and after the optimization,and the total score of assessment and the scores of various classified items were compared.Result:The difference of the total score was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the evaluation system of clinical performance ability after optimization was better than that before optimization.By comparing the scores of classified items,the results of self-learning ability,clinical work performance and practice experience,teaching and scientific research ability were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quantitative assessment and evaluation system for health professional titles should keep up with the times.The role of policy guidance in quantitative assessment of health professional titles should be fully played.The assessment results should be linked to the evaluation results of health professional technical titles.
