摘 要:主要研究了不同剂量的辐照处理(5kgy~50kgy)对食品接触材料PE膜、CPP膜关键物理机械性能的影响。试验结果表明PE膜和CPP膜的拉伸性能均受辐照剂量的增加而下降,其中厚度较小的CPP膜拉伸性能受辐照剂量的影响较为显著,横向拉伸强度及断裂标称应变的下降变化率最大,而CPP膜的雾度和PE膜的落镖冲击性能受辐照剂量影响不显著。The effects of different doses of irradiation(5kgy~50 kgy)on the key physical and mechanical properties of PE and CPP films of food contact materials were studied.The experimental results showed that the tensile properties of both PE and CPP films decreased with the increase of radiation dose,and the tensile properties of CPP films with smaller thickness were significantly affected by radiation dose,and the transverse tensile strength and nominal fracture strain decreased with the greatest change rate,while the fog degree of CPP films and the falling dart impact properties of PE films were not significantly affected by radiation dose.
