摘 要:材料力学实验是一门重要的工科专业基础实验课,对培养学生的实践创新能力具有重要的作用。基于自主改进的数字图像相关新算法-角点相关方法,建立了材料力学拉伸实验测量系统,以学生为主体进行了铝合金的单轴拉伸实验,对比了角点相关方法和电测法的测量结果,结果表明,两种方法测试结果误差很小,且学生获得了丰富的全场位移信息,拓展了学生的知识面。实验表明,角点相关方法应用于拉伸实验在满足教学要求的前提下提高了测量精度。通过实验不仅调动了学生的学习积极性,也巩固了学生对力学知识的理解,激发了他们的科研兴趣,取得了很好的教学效果。Material mechanics experiment is an important basic experimental course for engineering majors,which plays an important role in cultivating students practical innovation ability.Based on the self-improved new digital image correlation algorithm-corner correlation method,a mechanical tensile experimental measurement system of materials is established in this paper.The uniaxial tensile experiment of aluminum alloy is carried out with students as the main body.The measurement results of corner correlation method and electrical measurement method are compared.The results show that the error of the two methods is very small,and the students can obtain abundant full-field displacement information,which expands the students knowledge.The experimental results show that the corner correlation method can improve the measurement accuracy under the premise of satisfying the teaching requirement.The experiment not only arouses students learning enthusiasm,but also consolidates students understanding of mechanics knowledge,stimulates their interest in scientific research,and achieves good teaching effect.
