摘　　要：多发性骨髓瘤初诊时多表现为贫血、蛋白尿、骨痛等,整体表现出虚的表象,究其本质,应是正常免疫功能受损,骨髓瘤细胞恶性增生所致,该病整体上处于阴阳失衡,偏阳虚阴盛的状态。多发性骨髓瘤的现代医学治疗思路,或侧重于对恶性细胞的消灭,或侧重于对异常免疫的过度抑制,但此过程中,机体的免疫系统会受到进一步损害,从而加剧了整体的不平衡状态。中医阴阳学说是用于阐释人体生命活动,指导疾病诊断及防治的理论。阴阳是一种相辅相成、相互依存的关系,临床治疗需“谨察阴阳所在而调之,以平为期”,在多发性骨髓瘤的治疗方面应重视调节肿瘤微环境,使其恢复到阴阳平衡的状态。Multiple myeloma often presents with anemia,proteinuria,bone pain,and other symptoms at the initial diagnosis.Overall,it presents with the appearance of deficiency.Essentially,it should be caused by damage to normal immune function and malignant proliferation of myeloma cells.The disease is generally in a state of yin yang imbalance,with yang deficiency and yin excess.The modern medical treatment approach for multiple myeloma either focuses on the elimination of malignant cells or excessive suppression of abnormal immunity.However,during this process,the immune system of the body would be further damaged,exacerbating the overall imbalance.The Yin Yang theory of traditional Chinese medicine is a theory used to explain the life activities of the human body,guide the diagnosis and prevention of diseases.Yin and Yang are complementary and interdependent relationships,and clinical treatment needs to"carefully observe the location of Yin and Yang and adjust it to a stable period".In the treatment of multiple myeloma,attention should be paid to regulating the tumor micro-environment to restore the balance of Yin and Yang.
