摘 要:目的:探究鼻咽通气管在鼾症患者无痛胃镜检查中的应用效果。方法:选择2019年3月—2022年12月在泉州东南医院进行无痛胃镜诊治的100例鼾症患者作为研究对象,应用随机数表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组接受普通鼻导管供氧,观察组接受鼻咽通气管+普通鼻导管供氧,比较两组检查时间、清醒时间,给氧前(T_(0))、麻醉后(T_(1))、镜检1 min(T_(2))、镜检2 min(T_(3))膈肌呼吸运动振幅、经皮血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))、心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)],不良反应发生情况及患者、镜检医师满意度评分。结果:观察组检查时间、清醒时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。T_(0),两组SpO_(2)、HR、MAP、膈肌呼吸运动振幅比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);T_(1)、T_(2)、T_(3),两组SpO_(2)、膈肌呼吸运动振幅低于T_(0),但观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);T_(1)、T_(2)、T_(3),对照组HR、MAP均高于T_(0),但观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组呛咳、SpO_(2)<90%、镜检失败发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组体动、恶心、心血管事件、鼻出血发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者、镜检医师满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼾症患者无痛胃镜检查中鼻咽通气管给氧方式,通气效果较好,可改善患者缺氧现象,有效维持患者呼吸平衡,降低膈肌呼吸运动振幅,安全性更高,患者及镜检医师满意度更高。Objective:To investigate the application effect of nasopharyngeal ventilation tube in painless gastroscopy of snoring patients.Method:A total of 100 patients with snoring who underwent painless gastroscopy in Quanzhou Southeast Hospital from March 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given ordinary nasal catheter oxygen supply,and the observation group was given nasopharyngeal ventilation tube+ordinary nasal catheter oxygen supply.The examination time,awake time,diaphragmatic respiratory motion amplitude,percutaneous oxygen saturation(SpO_(2)),heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP)before oxygen(T0),after anesthesia(T_(1)),1 min(T_(2))and 2 min(T_(3))of microscopic examination,adverse reactions and satisfaction scores of patients and microscopic doctors were compared between two groups.Result:The examination time and awake time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At T0,there were no significant differences in SpO_(2),HR,MAP and diaphragmatic respiratory motion amplitude between two groups(P>0.05);at T_(1),T_(2) and T_(3),the SpO_(2) and diaphragmatic respiratory motion amplitude of two groups were lower than those at T0,but which in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);at T_(1),T_(2) and T_(3),the HR and MAP in the control group were higher than those at T0,but which in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of bucking,SpO_(2)<90%and failure of microscopic examination in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the incidence of body movement,nause
