基于MDT模式的PBL联合CBL教学法在中医肿瘤规培带教中的应用

摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训制度已经成为培养临床医生从课堂到实践的重要桥梁。然而,对于中医肿瘤医生来说,培养中西医结合思维,建立多学科诊疗模式尤为重要。在现代医院中运用基于多学科诊疗协作(MDT)模式的以问题为导向的教学法(PBL)联合基于案例的教学法(CBL)教学法,能够提高住院医师规范化培训医生自主学习兴趣和临床实用技能,培养出更多的高素质中医肿瘤临床医学人才,从而进一步促进中医肿瘤事业的发展。Standardized training of residents systems have become an important bridge to cultivate clinicians from classroom to practice.However,for oncologists of traditional Chinese medicine,it is particularly important to cultivate the thinking of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,establishing a multidisciplinary team model.Application of MDT combined comb with PBL+CBL teaching method in a modern hospital is able to improve the promotion of autonomous learning interest and clinical practical skills of conventional Chinese medicine physicians,and develop more high-quality clinical medical talents of oncology of traditional Chinese medicine,thereby further promoting the development of careers of oncology of traditional Chinese medicine.
