摘　　要：肿瘤相关性贫血(CRA)属于恶性肿瘤常见伴随疾病之一,在肿瘤患者中具有发病率高、治疗有效率低等特点。目前西医多采用输血、补铁和重组人促红细胞生成素(EPO)等手段治疗,虽起效快,但存在不良反应大、疗效维持时间短等不足。中医认为本病病位在脾肾,病机为脾肾亏虚、虚瘀互结,治疗以补益脾肾为主,兼顾他证。中医治疗方法涉及中药汤剂、中药制剂、针灸以及其他方法等多种形式,已有相关临床研究证实这些治法的有效性及安全性。但目前关于中医治疗CRA的临床研究多为单中心、小样本,其确切效果与安全性有待后续更高质量的多中心、大样本随机对照临床试验加以证实。Cancer related anemia is one of the common concomitant diseases of malignant tumors,which has the characteristics of high incidence and low effective rate of treatment in tumor patients.At present,Western medicine mostly uses blood transfusion,iron supplement and recombinant human erythropoietin and other means,although the effect is fast,but there are still some shortcomings,such as large adverse reactions,short duration of efficacy and so on.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the disease is located in the spleen and kidney,the total pathogenesis is spleen and kidney deficiency,deficiency and blood stasis,the treatment is mainly to tonify the spleen and kidney,taking into account the treatment of both syndrome.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment involves traditional Chinese medicine decoction,traditional Chinese medicine preparation,acupuncture,plaster and other forms,and has been clinically proved to be effective and safe.However,at present,most of the clinical studies on traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cancer related anemia are single-center,small-sample studies,and its exact efficacy and safety need to be confirmed by follow-up multicenter,large-sample randomized controlled clinical trials.
