慢性粒细胞白血病合并假性低血糖8例临床检验分析

摘　　要：目的分析慢性粒细胞白血病合并假性低血糖的原因和防护措施。方法将2020年5月-2022年11月本院收治的8例慢性粒细胞白血病合并假性低血糖患者纳入研究对象,本组受检者均接受湿化学法检测空腹血糖水平及罗氏血糖仪检测指尖血糖,并随患者用药过程白细胞下降监测血糖水平。结果本次研究8例患者入院时的血糖水平检测结果显示均在2.8mmol/L以下,患者均未出现心悸、出汗等低血糖症状。本组患者在治疗期间,随白细胞下降其血糖水平恢复正常,血清葡萄糖水平与白细胞计数之间为负相关关系。结论慢性粒细胞白血病患者会因为多种原因而容易出现假性低血糖,因此积极加强慢性粒细胞白血病的管理、减少假性低血糖的出现具有非常重要的意义。Objective To analyze causes and protective measures of chronic myeloid leukemia with pseudo hypoglycemia.Methods The paper chose 8 patients with chronic myeloid leukemia and pseudohypoglycemia in our hospital from May 2020 to November 2022 for study,detected fasting blood sugar level with wet chemistry method,and fingertip blood glucose with Roche glucose meter,monitored blood glucose level with leukopenia during course of drug use.Results Blood glucose levels of 8 cases were below 2.8mmol/L at admission and no hypoglycemic symptoms including palpitations or sweating occurred.During treatment period,blood glucose levels of the group returned to normal as white blood cells decreased,there was negative correlation between serum glucose levels and white blood cell count.Conclusion Patients with chronic myeloid leukemia may have pseudo hypoglycemia due to various reasons.Therefore,strengthening management of chronic myeloid leukemia and reducing occurrence of pseudo hypoglycemia actively is of great significance.
