翼状胬肉切除术+羊膜移植治疗原发性翼状胬肉的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究对治疗原发性翼状胬肉患者应用翼状胬肉切除术+羊膜移植后效果。方法选取2019年11月-2022年10月本院收治的81例原发性翼状胬肉患者,并将其作为数据分析对象,以数字随机分组法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=41)。对照组实施翼状胬肉切除术治疗,观察组实施翼状胬肉切除术+羊膜移植治疗,比较两组临床效果、泪膜功能、复发率、干眼症发生率。结果观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组SIt、BUT高于对照组,FL低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率、干眼症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗原发性翼状胬肉患者时,给予翼状胬肉切除术+羊膜移植治疗,效果较为显著,能够改善泪膜功能,降低复发率、干眼症发生率,在临床治疗方案中值得大范围推广与实施。Objective To explore effect of pterygium excision and amniotic membrane transplantation in treatment of primary pterygium patients.Methods The paper chose 81 patients with primary pterygium admitted to our hospital from November 2019 to October 2022 as data analysis subjects,and divided them into two groups randomly:control group and observation group,with 40 cases in control group and 41 cases in observation group.Control group was treated with pterygium excision and observation group with pterygium excision+amniotic membrane transplantation.Clinical effect,tear film function,recurrence rate and incidence of dry eye syndrome was compared between two groups.Results Treatment effect comparison between two groups showed,proportion of observation group was 97.56%,significantly higher 80.00%of control group,(P<0.05).Tear film function after treatment showed,SIt(7.82±1.39)mm/5 min and BUT(12.01±2.38)s of observation group was higher than control group,while FL(0.40±0.08)scores were lower than control group(P<0.05).Recurrence rate and incidence of dry eye syndrome was 2.44%,4.88%in observation group,significantly lower than 17.50%,20.00%of control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion In treatment of primary pterygium patients,pterygium excision+amniotic membrane transplantation can achieve significant effect,can improve tear film function,reduce the recurrence rate and incidence of dry eye syndrome,which is worthy of promotion and application in a large scale in clinical treatment program.
