摘　　要：通过考证鱼际名义、梳理鱼际穴定位古今文献,发现鱼际概念从早期鱼际络脉诊疗部位逐渐发展为《黄帝内经》中重功能、宽泛的腧穴概念,再到近现代重结构、精确的解剖组织概念的演变历程。这对当下人重新认识、理解及应用鱼际穴具有一定参考意义,亦对今人了解腧穴概念演变的历程有启发意义,还对针灸经典的继承和发扬起着积极作用。Through textual research the names of Yuji(LU 10)and sorting out ancient and modern literature on the location of Yuji(LU 10),it was found that the concept of Yuji(LU 10)gradually developed from the early diagnosis and treatment site of Yuji(LU 10)meridians to the functional and broad acupoint concept in Huangdi Neijing,and then to the evolution process of the modern and structural and precise anatomical tissue concept.This had a certain reference significance for the current Chinese medicine scholars to re-recognize,understand and apply the acupoint location of Yuji(LU 10).It was also instructive for modern people to understand the evolution of the concept of acupoints,and played a positive role in the inheritance and development of acupuncture and moxibustion classics.
