摘　　要：本文基于资源依赖理论与知识组合理论,从互动式与非互动式两个维度考察创新生态系统的中心企业知识搜寻对价值共创的影响机制,探究知识重组的中介作用和知识势差的调节作用。对364家高技术企业调研数据进行分析,研究结果表明:互动式与非互动式知识搜寻对价值共创均产生正向影响;知识重组的中介作用成立;知识势差正向调节知识重组与价值共创的关系以及知识重组在知识搜寻和价值共创之间的中介作用。本文基于参与主体层面从知识流动的角度分析了创新生态系统中价值共创的机制,拓展了创新生态系统中价值共创的前因研究,为创新生态系统中心企业选择合适的知识搜寻策略提升创新能力、实现价值共创提供理论依据和实践启示。Based on resource dependence theory and knowledge combination theory,it examined the influence mechanism of knowledge search of center enterprises on value co-creation in innovation ecosystem from two dimensions of interaction and non-interaction,and explored the mediating role of knowledge recombination and the moderating role of knowledge potential difference.The results on the research questionnaire of 364 high-technology enterprises show that both interactive and non-interactive knowledge search positively influence value co-creation;knowledge recombination plays a mediating role in the relationship between them;knowledge potential difference positively moderates the relationship between knowledge recombination and value co-creation,and the mediating effect of knowledge recombination on the relationship between knowledge search and value co-creation.Based on the participant level and from the perspective of knowledge flow,it analyzes value co-creation mechanism in innovation ecosystem,expands the research on the antecedents of value co-creation in innovation ecosystem,and provides theoretical basis and practical enlightenment for the innovation ecosystem center enterprises to choose appropriate knowledge search strategies and improve innovation ability and realize value co-creation.
