从《伤寒贯珠集》探析尤怡学术思想

摘　　要：此文介绍了清代医家尤怡所著《伤寒贯珠集》的成书背景,从“以法类证、合理排序”与“博采众长,注解详明”2个写作特点入手,介绍了尤怡撰写《伤寒贯珠集》的编排分类之特点及阐微释义之特色。并从《伤寒贯珠集》一书中探析与概括了尤怡的4个相关学术思想:以临床实际为准绳,驳“三纲鼎立”之说;从经、腑论三阳病,以经、脏述三阴病;六经皆能自受风寒;辨析厥阴诸法,提出厥阴简误。对研究《伤寒贯珠集》的著作内涵与尤怡的学术思想有一定的指导意义。This paper introduced the background of Shanghan Guanzhu Ji,which was written by You Yi who was a medical scholar in Qing Dynasty.Starting with two writing characteristics of “classification of evidence by law and reasonable ordering” and “extensive selection of others' strengths and detailed annotation”,this paper introduced the characteristics of arrangement and classification of Shanghan Guanzhu Ji and the characteristics of interpretation.Four related academic thoughts of You Yi from the book Shanghan Guanzhu Ji was then analyzed and summarized:taking clinical practice as the criterion,refuting the “great strength of three cardinal guides”,discussed the three yang diseases by meridian and six fu organs,described the three yin diseases by body channels and five viscera.All six body channels can suffer from cold spontaneously,analyze the methods of jueyin diseases and put forward the errors of jueyin diseases.It is of guiding significance to study the connotation of this book and You Yi's academic ideas.
