摘　　要：目的 探讨叉头框蛋白A1(FOXA1)表达水平与子宫内膜癌(EC)患者肌层浸润和预后的相关性。方法 选取EC患者100例作为研究对象,采用免疫组织化学方法,检测FOXA1表达水平情况,并根据FOXA1表达水平分为高表达组和低表达组;随访观察12个月,评估患者预后情况,绘制Kaplan-Meier曲线,采用log-rankχ^(2)检验对比FOXA1表达水平与患者预后的相关性。结果 两组FIGO分期、肌层浸润深度对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访观察24个月,因各种原因失访4例(高表达组1例,低表达组3例),最终纳入96例,其中高表达组41例,低表达组55例,Kaplan-Meier生存曲线显示,高表达组生存率显著高于低表达组(log-rankχ^(2)=4.136,P=0.042)。结论 FOXA1表达水平与EC肌层浸润和预后相关,FOXA1高表达水平EC患者肌层浸润程度较轻,预后较好。Objective To investigate the correlation of forkhead box protein A1(FOXA1)expression level with myometrial invasion and prognosis in patients with endometrial cancer(EC).Methods A total of 100 EC patients were selected as study subjects,FOXA1 expression was detected by immunohistochemistry,and were divided into high expression group and low expression group according to FOXA1 expression level.Follow-up observation was performed for 12 months to evaluate the prognosis of the patients.Kaplan-Meier curve was drawn,and the correlation between FOXA1 expression level and prognosis of the patients was compared by log-rankχ^(2) test.Results There were significant differences in FIGO stage and depth of muscle invasion between the 2 groups(P<0.05).After 24 months of follow-up,4 cases were lost to follow-up due to various reasons(1 case in the high expression group and 3 cases in the low expression group).A total of 96 cases were included,including 41 in the high-expression group and 55 in the low-expression group.The Kaplan-Meier survival curve showed that the survival rate of the high-expression group was significantly higher than that of the low-expression group(log-rankχ^(2)=4.136,P=0.042).Conclusion The level of FOXA1 expression is correlated with EC myoinfiltration and prognosis.Patients with EC with high FOXA1 expression level have less myoinfiltration and better prognosis.
