摘 要:因进入生命终端的报废汽车质量已发生较大变化,科学合理地处理拆卸过程的不确定性更加贴合工程实际。由此,以高效、合理地拆卸废旧汽车中的零部件为目标,考虑零部件质量状态和连接关系的不确定,采用概率分析法对拆卸方式进行改进,融合破坏性拆卸和非破坏性拆卸两种拆卸方式,构建了不确定条件下的多目标件选择性拆卸序列规划模型。最后基于GAMS平台进行了实例分析,验证了其可行性和实用性。The quality status of EOL products has undergone major changes,and the uncertainty in the scientific and rational handling of the dismantling process is more in line with the actual engineering.For the above reasons,this research studied the problem of selective disassembly sequence planning for multi-target parts considering quality status and uncertain connection relationships with the aim of efficiently and reasonably dismantling parts and components in EOL cars,the probabilistic analysis method was used to improve it.Considering the destructive disassembly method,the multi-objective selective disassembly sequence planning model under uncertain conditions was constructed.Finally,an example analysis was performed on the GAMS platform using this method to verify its feasibility and practicability.
