摘 要:目的:为了提高城市轨道交通车辆运行的安全性,需要对车辆运行平稳性进行测试与评价。方法:简述了城市轨道交通轮轨力测量方法,以及车辆运行稳定性测试与评价方法。以北京某地铁线路三期工程的测试车辆为研究对象,采用轮测法对该测试车辆运行安全性特征参数进行了测试,并在车内安装振动加速度传感器进行车辆运行平稳性指标测试。结果及结论:车辆运行安全性特征参数与线路的线型关系较大。车辆通过直线段时,其安全性特征参数与速度关系不大,其数值较小且较为稳定;车辆通过曲线段时,其安全性特征参数均会增大,且其最大值出现在车辆出入曲线段附近。车辆运行平稳性指标与速度关系较大,随着速度逐渐上升,车辆平稳性指标增加。在速度基本稳定的前提下,车辆运行平稳性指标与线型也有一定关系,且在车辆进出曲线段时会有些许突变。在北京某地铁线路三期工程测得的脱轨系数、轮重减载率及轮轴横向力等车辆运行安全性特征参数,以及车辆运行平稳性指标等车辆动力学整体性能均满足规范要求。Objective:To enhance the safety of URT(urban rail transit)vehicle operation,it is necessary to conduct testing and evaluation of vehicle operational stability.Method:The measurement methods of wheel-rail force in URT and the testing and evaluation methods for vehicle operational stability are briefly introduced.Taking the test vehicles from a Beijing Subway line phase III project as research object,wheel measurement method is employed to test the safety characteristic parameters of the test vehicles during operation,and vibration acceleration sensors are installed inside the vehicles to test the operational stability indicators.Result&Conclusion:The safety characteristic parameters of vehicle operation are significantly influenced by line types.During straight-line segments,the safety characteristic parameters show little correlation with speed,maintaining relatively small and stable values.However,these parameters increase when the vehicle passes through curved segments,with the maximum values occurring near the entrances and exits of curved segments.The vehicle operational stability indicators are closely related to speed,increasing gradually as speed rises.With speed generally stable,vehicle operational stability indicators are also related to line types,showing slight variations when the vehicle enters or exists curved segments.The safety characteristic parameters of vehicle operation,including derailment coefficient,wheel load reduction rate,transverse wheel forces obtained from the above phase III project,and the vehicle overall dynamics performance including vehicle operation stability,all meet the requirements specified in regulations.
