摘 要:Fe-Cr-Al合金由于价格便宜、易加工、耐腐蚀等优点可以适用于能源消耗低且环保的新能源汽车,但由于其在空气中便会形成约纳米级的Cr2O3氧化层,使制备的电路板拒焊,导致难以与其他元件进行锡焊。为了提升锡焊的性能,需要进行表面镀镍。本文通过控制不同的刻蚀液浓度、刻蚀时间和电镀电流密度来对Fe-Cr-Al合金进行表面电镀。经过实验结果得知,三种影响因素中硫酸浓度对结合力影响最大,刻蚀时间其次,电流密度影响很小。具有最大结合力的镀镍工艺为:硫酸浓度:2mol/L;刻蚀时间:10min;电镀电流密度为4A/dm^(2)。经过合适的刻蚀后,可以实现镀镍层内聚破坏而失效而非镀层/基体界面破坏。The Fe-Cr-Al alloy exhibits potential for application in new energy vehicles,owing to its cost-effectiveness,ease of processing,and resistance to corrosion.However,the formation of a nanoscale Cr2O3 oxide layer in ambient air impedes the welding of the circuit board,leading to challenges in tin welding with other components.To enhance the performance of tin welding,surface nickel plating is necessary.This study aimed to electroplate Fe-Cr-Al alloy by manipulating various parameters,including etching solution concentration,etching time,and electroplating current density.The findings indicate that the concentration of the etching solution has the most significant impact on adhesion,followed by etching time,while the current density has a negligible effect.The nickel plating process with maximum adhesion is as follows:etching solution concentration:2 mol/L;Etching time:10 min;The plating current density is 4 A/dm^(2).After proper etching,the cohesive failure of nickel coating can be realized instead of the failure of coating/substrate interface.
