摘　　要：国家档案局颁布的《档案专业人员继续教育规定》为我国档案专业人员继续教育工作的开展提供了规范性依据,有利于推进高素质档案专业人才队伍的建设,提高档案工作质量。本文介绍了《档案专业人员继续教育规定》的内容及主要特点,并提出了进一步完善该规定的建议。The Regulations on Continuing Educa⁃tion for Archivists promulgated by the National Ar⁃chives Administration of China provides a normative basis for the development of continuing education for archivists in China,which is conducive to promot⁃ing the construction of a high-quality archivists talent team and improving the quality of archives work.This paper introduces the content and main characteris⁃tics of The Regulations on Continuing Education for Archivists,and puts forward some suggestions for further improvement.
