摘 要:为评估不同处理方法对大蒜废水中有机物和大蒜素(DATS和DADS)的去除效果,并对其嗅辨特征进行了关联性分析,设计了系统实验,对离心、酸碱调节、铁碳微电解、植物油萃取、曝气和磁混凝等不同处理方法的降解效果进行了对比分析。实验结果表明:不同方法对于大蒜废水的COD去除效果有限,离心、酸碱调节、铁碳微电解和磁混凝组的COD去除率略大于10%,其余各组去除率均小于10%。大蒜素测定结果显示,不同实验组对DATS的去除效果较为明显,而对DADS的去除有限,大蒜素中的DADS较DATS更难去除。植物油萃取和曝气是有效降低大蒜废水中DATS浓度的优选方法,DATS的浓度可降至检测限以下。嗅辨特征判别方法对大蒜素降解的判断有一定局限性,嗅辨特征与DATS关联性良好,但不能整体反映大蒜素的去除效果,仍需要借助分析测试手段来综合评估大蒜废水处理的效果。该研究不仅对大蒜废水的处理具有重要参考价值,同时对于其他类似有机物废水的治理也具有借鉴意义。This study aimed to evaluate the removal efficiency of different treatment methods on organic compounds and alliin derivatives(DATS and DADS)in garlic wastewater.The association between the odor characteristics and alliin derivatives was also analyzed.A series of experiments were designed to compare centrifugation,pH adjustment,iron-carbon microelectrolysis,plant oil extraction,aeration,and magnetic coagulation methods.The experimental results showed that the COD removal rates were limited for all treatment methods,with centrifugation,pH adjustment,iron-carbon microelectrolysis,and magnetic coagulation achieving slightly more than 10%,while the removal rates of other groups are less than 10%.Regarding alliin derivatives and significant reductions were observed for DATS with different treatment methods,whereas the removal of DADS was less effective,indicating that DADS was more challenging to remove compared to DATS.Plant oil extraction and aeration were identified as optimal methods for reducing DATS concentration,with DATS levels reaching below the detection limit.The association analysis of odor characteristics and alliin derivatives revealed limitations in directly correlating odor reduction with complete alliin removal and necessitating the use of complementary analytical techniques for comprehensive evaluation of garlic wastewater treatment.This study provides valuable references for garlic wastewater treatment and offers insights for the management of similar organic wastewater.
