摘　　要：土壤样品以二氯甲烷:正己烷组成的混合液进行萃取,萃取液经除水、浓缩后,采用弗罗里硅土柱净化,利用二氯甲烷和正己烷混合液洗脱净化柱。洗脱液经氮吹浓缩后,加入一定量的内标溶液后定容。采用气相色谱-质谱仪测定浓缩液中2-氯苯酚的含量,利用DB-5MS色谱柱分离,选择离子扫描模式定量。采用内标法制作标准系列,2-氯苯酚的线性范围在6.00μg/mL范围内,方法检出限为0.25μg/kg。以空白石英砂和实际土壤样品为基体进行了加标回收试验,所得回收率为63.7%~80.3%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为2.8%~13.3%。The soil samples were extracted with a mixture of dichloromethane and n-hexane.After the extraction liquid was dehydrated and concentrated,the extraction liquid was purified by a floisil colum,and the mixture of dichloromethane and n-hexane was eluted in the purification column.The eluent was concentrated by nitrogen blowing,and the volume was fixed after a certain amount of internal standard solution was added.After the elution liquid was concentrated by nitrogen blowing,a certain amount of internal standard solution was added.GC-MS was applied to the determination of 2-chlorophenol in the concentrated solution.The analytes were separated on DB-5MS column and the selected ion scanning mode was adopted in MS determination.The standard series was made by internal standard method.Linearity range of 2-chlorophenol was found within 6.00μg/mL with detection limits of 0.25μg/kg.On the base of blank quartz and actual soil samples,test for recovery was made by standard addition method;values of recovery found were in the range of 63.7%~80.3%,with RSDs(n=6)of determined values in the range of 2.8%~13.3%.
