摘 要:温州瓯江北口大桥是世界上首座三塔四跨双层钢桁梁悬索桥,针对现场梁段吊装工期紧张、吊重大,施工风险高、难度大等特点,对三塔四跨悬索桥双层钢桁梁吊装施工新技术进行研究。在全桥加劲梁吊装过程中,采用1 000 t缆载吊机、1 400 t分体式缆载吊机、14轴液压模块车等关键施工设备,辅助无索区梁段施工的支架,因地制宜地采取了不同形式的滑移及存梁方式,有效解决了大吨位梁段就位吊装的难题,降低了施工风险。该桥复杂及多样式的梁段吊装施工新技术,可为今后多塔连跨悬索桥施工提供新的思路和宝贵经验。The Oujiang River North Estuary Bridge in Wenzhou Province is the first three-tower and four-span suspension bridge with double-layer steel truss stiffening beams in the world.In view of the characteristics of tight construction period,heavy lifting,high construction risk and great difficulty in beam section hoisting on site,the new technology of hoisting construction of double-layer steel truss girder of three-tower four-span suspension bridge is studied.During the hoisting process of the stiffening beams of the whole bridge,the key construction equipment such as 1 000 t cable crane,1 400 t split cable crane,14-axle hydraulic modular truck will be used for hoisting construction.The support for assisting the construction of beam sections in the cable-free area adopts different forms of sliding and beam storage methods according to local conditions,which effectively solves the problem of in-place hoisting of large-tonnage beam sections and reduces construction risks.The new techniques of the complex and multi-style stiffening girder hoisting construction of the bridge can provide new ideas and valuable experience for the construction of multi-tower and continuous-span suspension bridges in the future.
