摘 要:为了探索不同掺量的木质素改性沥青在短期老化的流变性能及合理的施工温度范围,采用动态剪切流变仪,通过温度扫描和频率扫描对试验沥青的高温流变性能进行了分析。同时,采用布氏旋转黏度计来测量计算出沥青黏温曲线。研究结果表明,木质素可有效提高基质沥青的高温稳定性能、抗老化性能,二者随着掺量的增加越发显著。木质素与基质沥青具有较好的相容性,说明木质素可以有效提高基质沥青的高温稳定性能、抗老化性能。基质沥青的黏度随着木质素含量的增加而增加,且在一定范围内,此种改性效果对沥青路用性能是有益的。同时木质素改性沥青在各个温度区间的温度敏感性是不同的,需要明确合理的施工温度范围。木质素掺量大约15%时的最佳施工拌和温度范围170~178℃,最佳施工压实温度范围157~163℃。In order to explore the rheological properties of lignin modified asphalt with different content in short-term aging and reasonable construction temperature range,the dynamic shear rheometer is used to analyze the high-temperature rheological properties by temperature scanning and frequency scanning of the test asphalt.At the same time,the Brookfield rotary viscometer is used to measure and calculate the asphalt viscosity temperature curve.The research results show that lignin can effectively improve the high-temperature stability and anti-aging performance of the base asphalt,which is more significant with the increase of the content.Lignin has good compatibility with base asphalt,indicating that lignin can effectively improve the high-temperature stability and anti-aging performance of base asphalt.The viscosity of base asphalt increases with the increase of lignin content,and in a certain range,this modification effect is beneficial to the pavement performance of asphalt.At the same time,the temperature sensitivity of lignin modified asphalt in each temperature range is different,and a reasonable construction temperature range needs to be defined.When the lignin content is about 15%,the best construction mixing temperature range is 170~178 ℃,and the best construction compaction temperature range is 157~163 ℃.
