摘　　要：农产品是人们赖以生存的重要食物来源,其质量安全问题直接关系到人们的健康和生命安全。然而,随着农业的快速发展和环境污染的加剧,农产品受重金属污染的问题日益突出。重金属元素严重威胁着人们的身体健康,甚至会引发癌症等恶性疾病。因此,农产品重金属污染防范已经成为当前亟待解决的问题。本文针对农产品重金属污染问题进行深入研究,提出有关防范措施,以期为农产品重金属污染防范提供参考。Agricultural products are an important food source for people’s survival,and their quality and safety are directly related to people’s health and life safety.However,with the rapid development of agriculture and the intensification of environmental pollution,the problem of heavy metal pollution of agricultural products has become increasingly prominent.Heavy metal elements seriously threaten people’s health,and even cause malignant diseases such as cancer.Therefore,the prevention of heavy metal pollution of agricultural products has become an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,the heavy metal pollution of agricultural products is deeply studied,and relevant preventive measures are proposed,in order to provide reference for the prevention of heavy metal pollution of agricultural products.
