摘 要:目的:建立金属有机框架富集-酶联免疫检测塑料包装饮品中双酚A的方法。方法:合成金属有机框架材料,利用该材料对模拟饮料样品中的双酚A进行富集,洗脱,定容后利用双酚A酶联免疫试剂盒进行检测。结果:该方法具有较宽的pH值适用范围;洗脱液选择甲醇和丙酮均具有良好的洗脱效果;金属有机框架对双酚A的吸附极限约为1/10000(m/m),适用于果汁、茶等饮品中双酚A的测定,对于牛奶豆浆中的双酚A也具有较好的测定效果,对高度白酒类样本不适用。该方法对饮品温度要求不高,无须将饮品预先平衡至室温,可缩短检测时间。结论:建立的金属有机框架富集-酶联免疫法快速、准确,适用于塑料包装饮品中双酚A的检测。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of bisphenol A in plastic-packaged beverages using metal-organic framework enrichment-enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Method:Organic metal framework materials were synthesized,and the bisphenol A in simulated beverage samples was enriched,eluted,and quantified before detection using a bisphenol A enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit.Result:The method has a wide pH range;the choice of methanol and acetone as the eluent has good elution effect;the adsorption limit of MOFs for BPA is about 1/10000(m/m),which is suitable for the determination of BPA in fruit juice,tea and other beverages,and also has a better determination of BPA in milk and soymilk,but it is not applicable to the sample of high-alcohol Baijiu.The method does not require high temperature for the beverage before enrichment,and does not require pre balancing the beverage to room temperature,which can shorten the detection time.Conclusion:The established metal-organic framework enrichment-enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay is rapid and accurate and suitable for the determination of bisphenol A in plastic-packaged beverages.
