摘　　要：鼠李糖乳杆菌是微需氧、无芽孢的革兰阳性杆菌。通常定植于人体口腔、胃肠道和女性生殖道。常被作为益生菌广泛应用于乳制品及发酵产品中,具有平衡肠道菌群,促进人体消化吸收等作用。鼠李糖乳杆菌很少引起感染,但对免疫缺陷的患者也偶有致病的报道。本文报道1例鼠李糖乳杆菌(Lactobacillus rhamnosus)引起的肺胸膜感染病例。Lactobacillus rhamnosus is a microaerobic,spore-free gram-positive bacterium.It is usually colonized in the oral cavity,gastrointestinal tract and female reproductive tract.They are widely used as probiotics in dairy products and fermentation products.It rarely causes infection.But sporadically,it can also cause serious infection,especially for people with immunodeficiency,such as malignant tumors and long-term immunosuppressant patients.A case of pulmonary pleural infection caused by Lactobacillus rhamnosus was reported.
