摘  要:目的:探讨脑膜瘤组织中增殖细胞核抗原(Ki-67)蛋白、解聚素金属蛋白酶癸蛋白1(ADAMDEC1)蛋白表达及与临床病理特征间的关系。方法:选取2018年1月至2021年1月本院的82例脑膜瘤患者作为观察组,另选同期因外伤行颅脑手术的患者60例作为对照组。所有患者均行手术治疗,术中采集脑膜瘤标本及正常脑组织标本,均行免疫组化染色法检测Ki-67、ADAMDEC1表达,比较两组Ki-67、ADAMDEC1表达差异;并比较不同Ki-67蛋白、ADAMDEC1蛋白表达患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、WHO分级、瘤周水肿、脑膜尾征、骨侵犯等病理特征方面差异;所有脑膜瘤患者均随访2年,记录疾病复发情况,并分析疾病复发与Ki-67蛋白、ADAMDEC1蛋白表达间的关系。结果:观察组Ki-67蛋白、ADAMDEC1蛋白阳性表达率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ki-67蛋白阳性组、ADAMDEC1蛋白阳性组WHO分级Ⅱ~Ⅲ级、瘤周水肿、骨侵犯占比高于Ki-67蛋白阴性组、ADAMDEC1蛋白阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);82例患者随访2年,共出现11例复发,复发率为13.41%(11/82);Ki-67蛋白阳性组、ADAMDEC1蛋白阳性组复发率略高于Ki-67蛋白阴性组、ADAMDEC1蛋白阴性组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:脑膜瘤组织内Ki-67蛋白、ADAMDEC1蛋白表达水平高,且与WHO分级、瘤周水肿、骨侵犯存在密切关系,可辅助临床完善早期治疗方案,改善患者预后。Objective:To investigate the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(Ki-67)protein and a disintegrin and metalloproteinase like decysin 1(ADAMDEC1)protein in meningiomas and their relationship with clinicopathological characteristics.Methods:A total of 82 patients with meningioma in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the observation group,and 60 patients who underwent craniocerebral surgery due to trauma during the same period were selected as the control group.All patients underwent surgical treatment,and meningioma samples and normal brain tissue samples were collected during the surgery.Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of Ki-67 and ADAMDEC1,and the differences in Ki-67 and ADAMDEC1 expression between the two groups were compared.To compare the expression differences of Ki-67 protein and ADAMDEC1 protein in the pathological features of patient age,sex,tumor size,WHO grade,peritumoral edema,meningeal tail sign,and bone invasion.All meningioma patients were followed up for 2 years to record disease recurrence and analyze the relationship between disease recurrence and Ki-67 protein and ADAMDEC1 protein expression.Results:The positive expression rates of Ki-67 protein and ADAMDEC1 protein in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of Ki-67 protein positive group and ADAMDEC1 protein positive group in WHO grade II-III,peritumoral edema,and bone invasion was higher than that of Ki-67 protein negative group and ADAMDEC1 protein negative group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 82 patients were followed up for 2 years,with a total of 11 cases experiencing recurrence,with a recurrence rate of 13.41%(11/82).The recurrence rate of Ki-67 protein positive group and ADAMDEC1 protein positive group was slightly higher than that of Ki-67 protein negative group and ADAMDEC1 protein negative group,and the difference was not statistically s
