血清HCgp-39、CA-125水平与子宫内膜癌患者临床病理特征的相关性

摘　　要：目的:分析血清人软骨糖蛋白39(HCgp-39)、糖类抗原(CA)-125水平与子宫内膜癌(EC)患者临床病理特征的相关性。方法:前瞻性选取2018年12月至2020年12月本院收治的84例EC患者作为研究对象,均检测血清HCgp-39、CA-125水平,并经诊刮活检病理检查评估患者临床病理特征。绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线,分析血清HCgp-39、CA-125水平对EC患者不同病理特征的预测价值。结果:经诊刮活检病理结果显示,84例患者中国际妇产科协会(FIGO)分期Ⅰ-Ⅱ期72例,Ⅲ-Ⅳ期12例;淋巴结转移11例,无转移73例;Ⅲ-Ⅳ期患者、淋巴结转移患者血清HCgp-39、CA-125水平分别高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期、淋巴结无转移患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同病理类型、组织分化程度患者血清HCgp-39、CA-125水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);绘制ROC曲线,血清HCgp-39、CA-125水平及联合检测预测EC患者Ⅲ-Ⅳ期、淋巴结转移的AUC>0.7,具有较高的预测价值。结论:血清HCgp-39、CA-125水平与EC患者的临床病理特征有关。Objective:To analyze the correlation between serum HCgp-39,CA-125 levels and clinicopathological features of endometrial carcinoma(EC).Methods:From December 2018 to December 2020,84 patients with EC in our hospital were prospectively selected as the research objects.The serum HCgp-39 and CA-125 levels were detected,and the clinicopathological characteristics were evaluated by curettage biopsy.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to analyze the predictive value of serum HCgp-39 and CA-125 levels on different pathological characteristics of EC patients.Results:The pathological results of curettage biopsy showed that there were 72 cases of FIGO stageⅠ-Ⅱand 12 cases of FIGO stageⅢ-Ⅳin 84 patients;There were 11 cases with lymph node metastasis and 73 cases without metastasis;The serum HCgp-39 and CA-125 levels in patients with stageⅢ-Ⅳand lymph node metastasis were higher than those in patients with stageⅠ-Ⅱand lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in serum HCgp-39 and CA-125 levels among patients with different pathological types and tissue differentiation degrees(P>0.05);ROC curve showed that serum HCgp-39,CA-125 levels and their combined detection could predict stageⅢ-Ⅳand lymph node metastasis of EC patients with AUC>0.7,which had high predictive value.Conclusion:Serum HCgp-39 and CA-125 levels are related to the clinicopathological features of EC patients.
