摘　　要：目的:通过样本体质分类的回顾性调查分析,探讨中医体质与青年女子肾虚的相关性。方法:采用标准化的9种中医体质量表调查问卷及体质辨识仪的测试,对94例健康体检人群中的青年女子中医体质类型进行回顾性研究,将体质辨识结论判断为“肾虚”的体检者47例作为观察组,未判断为“肾虚”的体检者47例作为对照组。测量并比较两组体质类型的比例及特征,进行统计学分析。结果:观察组(肾虚组)中阳虚体质、阴虚体质、平和体质与对照组(非肾虚组)中阳虚体质、阴虚体质、平和体质的差异性具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组其余体质之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阳虚体质、阴虚体质与青年女子肾虚证候的发生具有相关性,可通过体质辨识提前预测青年女子肾虚证候的出现。Objective:To explore the correlation between traditional Chinese medicine constitution and kidney deficiency in young women through retrospective investigation and analysis of sample constitution classification.Methods:A retrospective study of TCM constitution type of young woman in the 94young women in the health examination population by using the standardized questionnaire of 9TCM constitution scales and the test of constitution identification instrument.47physical examinees who were judged as"kidney deficiency"by the constitution identification conclusion were taken as the observation group,and 47physical examinees who were not judged as"kidney deficiency"were taken as the control group.The proportions and characteristics of constitution types of the two groups were measured and compared for statistical analysis.Results:There were statistically significant differences in yang-deficiency constitution,Yin-deficiency constitution,and mild constitution between the observation group(kidney deficiency group)and the control group(non-kidney deficiency group)(P<0.05),but there were no statistically significant differences in other constitutions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yang deficiency constitution and Yin deficiency constitution are closely related to the occurrence of kidney deficiency in young women,and the appearance of kidney deficiency in young women can be predicted in advance by constitution identification.
