双根清脑汤加减治疗中风的疗效及对患者神经功能、血管内皮功能、免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨双根清脑汤加减治疗中风的疗效。方法:选取我院2020年1月~2021年12月92例中风患者,随机数字表法分为观察组(n=46)及对照组(n=46),对照组予以西医常规治疗,观察组在此基础上予以双根清脑汤加减治疗。比较两组患者疗效、治疗前后神经功能[欧洲卒中量表(ESS)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)]、血管内皮功能[一氧化氮(NO)、血栓素B2(TXB2)及内皮素-1(ET-1)]、炎症因子[白细胞介素(IL)-8、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及IL-6]、免疫功能[CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)]、不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为91.30%,高于对照组76.09%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后NIHSS评分、TXB2、ET-1、IL-8、hs-CRP、IL-6低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后ESS评分、NO、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论:双根清脑汤加减治疗中风疗效确切,能改善患者神经功能及血管内皮功能,调节炎症因子,促进免疫功能恢复,具有较高的安全性。Objective To explore the curative effect of modified Shuanggen Qingnao Decoction on stroke.Methods A total of 92 patients with stroke in the hospital were enrolled between January 2020 and December 2021.They were divided into observation group(n=46)and control group(n=46).The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while observation group was additionally given modified Shuanggen Qingnao Decoction.The curative effect,nerve function[European Stroke Scale(ESS),NIHSS],vascular endothelial function[NO,TXB2,ET-1],inflammatory factors[IL-8,hs-CRP,IL-6],immune function[CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)]and adverse reactions were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.30%,which was higher than that of the control group(76.09%)(P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score,TXB2,ET-1,IL-8,hs-CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ESS score,NO,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,no serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Shuanggen Qingnao Decoction has a definite curative effect on stroke.It can improve the nerve function and vascular endothelial function,regulate inflammatory factors,promote the recovery of immune function,and has high safety.
