摘 要:试验选用来自不同地区的3个鹿茸菇菌株,根据拮抗试验结果,选择性状互补、亲缘关系较远的昆山“鹿茸菇K”和连云港“鹿茸菇L”为亲本,采用单孢分离技术分离2个菌株的单孢子,得到“鹿茸菇K”单核体18个,“鹿茸菇L”单核体21个。选择生长较快的两亲本单核菌丝进行杂交配对,得到杂交组合64个,根据是否具有锁状联合进一步确定融合子。采用拮抗、子实体诱导、出菇等方法对融合子进行进一步的鉴定和评价分析。结果表明,经镜检、拮抗、子实体诱导及出菇验证,64个杂交组合中,41个菌株有锁状联合现象且生长较快,其中的29个杂交菌株和亲本的拮抗线明显,确定为新菌株;有15个菌株具有结实能力,出菇验证初步得到具有优良生产性状的杂交菌株3个。In this experiment,3 strains of Lyophyllum decastes were selected from different areas.2 strains with complementary production traits and distant genetic relationship were selected as the parents based on an antagonism test,‘Lyophyllum de-castes K’from Kunshan and‘Lyophyllum decastes L’from Lianyungang.The monospora isolation technique was used to iso-late the spores of the 2 strains,and 18 monocytes of‘Lyophyllum decastes K’and 21 monocytes of‘Lyophyllum decastes L’were obtained.The mononuclear mycelia of the 2 parents with fast growth were selected for hybridization and pairing,and 64 hybridization combinations were obtained.The fusion was further determined according to whether there was a clamp connec-tion.Antagonism,fruit body induction and fruit were used to further identify and evaluate the fusion.The results showed that 41 strains of 64 hybridization combinations showed clamp connection and fast growth.Among them,29 heterozygous strains showed obvious antagonistic lines with their parents,and were identified as new strains.15 strains had the ability of fruiting,and 3 hy-brid strains with good production characters were obtained by fruiting test.
