摘  要:食用菌产业已成为北京市农业产业中的重要组成部分,研究食用菌市场价格波动规律对产业发展具有指导意义。采用季节调整模型和HP滤波法将十年来(2013年至2022年)北京食用菌市场9种主要栽培品种鲜香菇、平菇、金针菇、杏鲍菇、茶树菇、海鲜菇、鸡腿菇、双孢蘑菇、草菇市场价格的波动特征分解为季节波动特征、随机波动特征以及趋势-周期波动特征并进行分析,后根据研究结果就市场引导北京食用菌产业的发展方向进行探讨。The edible fungi industry has become an important part of the agricultural industry in Beijing.Market price fluctua-tion of edible fungi has guiding significance for industrial development.The seasonal adjustment model and HP filter method were used to break down the price fluctuation characteristics of nine main varieties Lentinus edodes,Pleurotus ostreatus,Flam-mulina velutipes,Pleurotus eryngii,Agrocybe aegerita,Hypsizygus marmoreus,Copyinds comatus,Agaricus bisporus,Volvariella volvaceain in Beijing edible fungi market during the past ten years(2013-2022)into seasonal fluctuation characteristics,random fluctuation characteristics and trend-cycle fluctuation characteristics.According to the research results,the development direc-tion of Beijing edible fungi industry guided by the market was discussed.
