摘　　要：提升医学生医学伦理运用应变能力是临床教学的重要内容。揭示了伦理运用应变能力的基本内涵,强调了医学生具备这一素质的必要性,重点阐述了在临床教学中要按照伦理运用应变能力的五项基本实践要求来训练医学生。实践中的问题,应当按照实践的要求来提升医学生的伦理辨析能力、伦理疑难问题的处置能力、伦理和法律的综合运用能力。Improveing students'strain capacity in the application of medical ethics is an important part of clinical teaching.This paper revealed the basic connotation of strain capacity in the application of medical ethics,emphasized the necessity for medical students to possess this quality,and emphatically expounded that training students in clinical teaching according to the five basic practical requirements of ethical adaptability.For practical problems,students'ethical discrimination ability,ethical difficult problem handling ability,and comprehensive application ability of ethics and law should be improved according to practical requirements.
